The journey that your meat pack takes before arriving at your door on a Friday in Toowoomba and a Saturday in Brisbane/Sunshine & Gold Coasts...

In the week before delivery - the animals are mustered into the yards. George & Anna personally select the best animals for sale. Usually it’s a whole family affair with the cat, dog and children all helping!

Live animals - transport to Blackall - George takes the animals to Blackall (a 6 hour round trip) in our truck. The meat is processed and packed at Barcoo Butchery in Blackall.

Processing & Packaging - Run by the Davison family, Barcoo Butchery is a family owned and operated business dedicated to processing your meat to the highest possible standards. Barcoo Butchery operates under theQSAFE Quality Assurance System - Accreditation No: 103031.

Meat packs - Blackall to Toowoomba/Brisbane - Once the meat packs are ready, they are loaded onto an Emerald Freighters cold goods truck in Blackall ready for an overnight trip south.

Delivery in Toowoomba - Early on a Friday morning, Mr Organics meets the truck to off load packs for distribution in Toowoomba. Some customers chose to pick their packs up at Mr Organic’s shop, whilst others have them delivered to their homes. Its great to work with Mr Organic to see MGM products available in Toowoomba - nothing is too much trouble for him - we appreciate his support.

The packs for homes in Brisbane/Sunshine & Gold Coasts are delivered on a Saturday by Mr Organic who leaves Toowoomba early to meet our customers at collection points on the Sunshine Coast, through Brisbane and down to the Gold Coast.
