Beef or Lamb Sausages
Delicious sausages made with 100% grass fed, chemical free beef or lamb mince mixed with tapioca flour, rice flour, herbs, spices and essential oils for added flavour.
These sausages are hugely popular and have been pronounced "yum!" by a number of children. (Young and old) Our toughest critics!
We are pleased to be offering sausages that aren't full of preservatives, nitrates and other chemicals.

Beef/lamb bones
Many of our customers with serious health issues such as cancer, are using these bones to make nutritious broths and stocks. As genuine chemical free, grass fed bones are very hard to source, we give preference to orders for human consumption rather than animals.

2kg bags fat - great for rendering. Saturated animal fat is wonderful stable fat - lots of people have gone back to using this fat for cooking.

Naturally Finished Meat
It has become a common practice for butchers to source animals
that are very lean due to the demand for low-fat meat because of
fears relating to fat. We allow our animals to grow normally to reach
their weight in natural pastures. This results in properly finished
animals with a natural fat coverage. Natural grass fed meat and fat
provide much higher levels of vitamins A, D, E, K, beta-carotene,
minerals, omega-3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acid than
meat raised in feedlots. Eating good quality saturated fat with
protein is a proven way of assisting in the removal of fat soluble
toxins like mercury.
Freshness
It is very fresh meat so some blood may collect in the bags after
packing. This is normal and can be drained when repacking. We
recommend you divide the meat into portion sizes before freezing.
