Health benefits of our Lamb & Beef

Listed below is some excellent research supporting grass fed, chemical free meat, fat & proteins in traditional diets.

There is much evidence to show that chemical free, 100% grass fed meat (on natural pastures) and fat provide much higher levels of vitamins A, D,E,K and beta-carotene, omega-3 fattty acids and conjugated linoleic acid than meat raised with partial or complete feeding. Eating good quality saturated fat with protein is a proven way of assisting the body to remove fat soluable toxins such as mercury.
